The Michelin Guide's review
The Museumpark was created in the 1980s according to designs by local boy, architect Rem Koolhaas. It is made up of three areas. The first is covered in gravel and shells and planted with small apple trees. The second features an asphalted podium. The third is romantic in style with a pond and winding path. Situated in the middle of several major museums, the park and its vicinity have been the cultural centre of Rotterdam for some time.
