The Michelin Guide's review
Built out of yellow sandstone in the 12C in the form of a Latin cross, the church is topped with an octagonal bell tower. Lombard bands, linked by blind arches, decorate the façade and walls, while the four corners of the apse window are adorned with the symbols of the Evangelists. The interior is a masterpiece of 12C Rhineland art, with its thick and thin pillars crowned with sculpted capitals.
