At an altitude of 1,850m/6,000ft and only accessible by cable car, the Hochwurzen summit offers a stunning panoramic view of the Dachstein and down onto Schladming. The patio of the conveniently placed restaurant is ideal to discover the heart of the Tauern mountains of Schladming (Hochgolling, Steirische Kalkspitze).
