The Michelin Guide's review
This Corinthian-style triumphal arch was built in honour of the Emperor Augustus after the 3C and then served as a gate within the ramparts, which were demolished in the 18C. 13.5m in height, it has three arches with an internal decoration featuring sculpted low-reliefs. With difficulty, it is possible to make out Jupiter and Leda and Romulus and Remus.
