The Michelin Guide's review
This wide street, built in the early 20C in the former Jewish ghetto (Josefov), combines Neo-Renaissance, Neo-Baroque and Secession styles in a series of buildings unlike anything else in Prague. Corbelling and richly decorated balconies adorn façades, as well as all sorts of sophisticated mouldings, busts, generous feminine figures and foliated volutes. Above the eaves are gables, attics and turrets. Parízská Street, lined with elegant shops, is one of the most prestigious addresses in Prague.
