Housed in a late-19C neo-Renaissance palace on the outskirts of the Nové Město, the museum charts the architectural history of the city. The very informative presentations are accompanied by superb artefacts: paintings and sculptures from Prague, everyday objects (furniture, jewellery, clothing etc). The highlight of the museum, Langweil's model of Prague, covers approximately 20m2. It shows in minute details the Old Town and almost all of Malá Strana and Hradčany, the Castle District.
