Built between the 12C and 14C, Cathédrale St Pierre is astonishing in terms of its sheer size: 100m long by 50m wide at the transept. The tympanum sculptures on the three doorways are delightful, and the architectural strength of the interior is impressive. The 13C stalls are believed to be the oldest in France.
