  The Michelin Guide's review
The remains of this stadium built under Marcus Aurelius (161-180) stand in the centre of Dzumaja Square. Most of this huge structure (190m long, 30m wide), which could accommodate 30 000 spectators, is alas buried under later buildings, preventing its complete excavation. The tiers of seating and vauted entrance which are visible give an idea of the scale of this imposing monument.
