This is a collection of Italian paintings from the Romantic period to the 20C, including works by the landscape artist Antonio Fontanesi, "French-style" painters such as Boldini, orientalist and contemporary figurative paintings (De Pisis), futurism (Boccioni), metaphysical art (De Chirico, Carrà), plus a small collection of sculptures (Medardo Rosso).
