The railway station's beautiful Art Deco Building (1932) was very carefully restored and is part of Phnom Penh's colonial architectural heritage. Facing the forecourt are the Vatanac Capital and OCIC towers, the tall glass skyscrapers that symbolise the city's economic renewal since the 1990s. They are some of the iconic landmarks that form the new skyline of Phnom Penh.
