The Michelin Guide's review
Rue Limogeanne is a shopping street that led to the town gate of the same name; it is lined with shops and fine Renaissance mansions, such as Hôtel de Méredieu (No12), Maison Estignard (No5) and Maison Lapeyre (corner of Place du Coderc). At the centre of the impost at No7, you can make out the initials of Antoine Courtois, a famous 18C pastry chef, whose reputation extended as far as the Prussian court. Don't miss Hôtel Fayard at N°3.
