The Michelin Guide's review
Initially a small chapel dedicated to St Agnès, and then to St Eustache, this church was built between 1532 and 1640 based on the plans of Notre-Dame. The façade was rebuilt in Classical style in 1754. The transept façade is a fine Renaissance composition. The majestic nave is a mass of pillars, richly decorated vaulting and superb stained glass based on cartoons by Philippe de Champaigne. Note the latest work of the New York artist Keith Haring, a bronze triptych, in the third chapel.
