The Michelin Guide's review
The Town Hall, a fine 1924 building, was originally two separate edifices joined by a courtyard. Architect John Volk connected the two buildings in 1965 to provide more office space for a growing city. Beige stucco walls rise to a barrel-tile roof crowned by a bell tower. On the north side, the water of Mizner Fountain runs into three basins supported by rearing horses. Memorial Park is an oasis of green with a coral-stone pavement.
