The Michelin Guide's review
This elaborately decorated Roman Catholic church is distinguished by a Baroque entrance, a belfry and a red-tiled roof. In the narthex, spiral marble pillars and carved wooden porches lead into a vast vaulted sanctuary with a hand-painted coffered ceiling. High windows on either side of the nave depict scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary. On the north side, stained-glass windows depict eight parables, while those on the south illustrate eight miracles.
