The Michelin Guide's review
The façade of this church is a typical example of Dalmatian Renaissance. The stone terrace, running along the lower part, enabled the village dignitaries to attend festivities on the square. Above the door, note the bas-relief of the Virgin spreading her cloak to protect the inhabitants. Inside, admire the triple nave, carved capitals and Baroque ceiling. On the right-hand side of the chapel is an unusual, highly expressive naïve Crucifix in painted wood. The organ case is also worthy of note.
