The Michelin Guide's review
Named after the eccentric insurance baron John D. MacArthur who bequeathed a portion of his valuable property on Singer Island, the John D. MacArthur Beach State Park encompasses nearly 500 acres of mangrove estuary and pristine beach. A dream spot for a day at the beach, kayaking, on the water, hiking along the trails or watching the birds.
