The Cave of the Winds tour, in the heart of the Niagara Falls State Park, leads to the foot of Bridal Veil Falls. Outfitted with waterproof slickers and boots, visitors descend an elevator 165ft into the Niagara Gorge and then follow a path to the base of the falls. The boardwalk culminates on Hurricane Deck, which is drenched in water when the wind blows from the east.
