  The Michelin Guide's review
Built on land cleared by William Ross in 1816, Ross Farm belonged to five generations of his family before it was acquired by the Nova Scotia Museum Complex. Maintained as a living museum of 19C agrarian life, the farm showcases a variety of activities depending on the season; coopering, candle making, forging, sheep shearing, etc. There are displays of ploughs and harrows, buggies and other means of transport, including a well-stocked peddler's wagon. Horse-drawn wagon rides are offered.
