The vertiginous beauty of the site can be contemplated in all its glory from the famous Roche du Prêtre belvedere, which overlooks the Cirque de Consolation and the Vallée du Dessoubre. The former Couvent de Notre-Dame-de-Consolation, with its chapel, herb garden and idyllic grounds also make for a pleasant excursion.
