The Michelin Guide's review
Set on the slopes of Mt. Royal, Canada's oldest university (1821) has witnessed much growth over the years. The buildings gracing the 32ha/79 acre campus reflect a variety of architectural styles. The early-19C cut stone edifices with their embellished facades, towers and turrets provide a strange contrast to the more modern concrete structures.
