Completed in 1984, this complex consists of six interconnected structures, home to Montreal's federal administration offices and apartments, as well as a mall. The redbrick exterior enhances the handsome stainless steel and brick interior atrium. Exhibits are regularly organised around the complex. Offering a respite from the downtown bustle, the tranquil exterior garden is dotted with fountains and sculptures.
