The Michelin Guide's review
This small church, topped by a copper steeple, stands on the site of a wooden chapel commissioned by Marguerite Bourgeoys in 1657 and destroyed by fire in 1754. The current edifice dates from the mid-18C and is dubbed the "sailors' church". Go up the tower and enjoy the panoramic view over the St Lawrence, island of Ste Hélène, Jacques Cartier bridge and the Old Port.
