On Plaza de España, this Renaissance building has en elegant two-storey façade dominated by the coat of arms of the ducal house of Alba and Montoro. The interior has fine Mudejar artesonados. Between the façade and the vaulted archway to the left, a stone reminds us that King Philip III had the former prison built, just next to the Town Hall.
