The Michelin Guide's review
This marvellous curved cast-iron colonnade is one of the finest examples of 19C spa architecture still intact. Completed in 1889 in a Neo-Baroque style, it was entirely and faithfully restored between 1973 and 1981. A tastefully laid-out path links it to the spring of the Cross and to the Caroline spring colonnade (Karolínin pramen). Halfway along the walk is a musical fountain, whose enchanting computer-programmed display is enriched with lighting effects in the evenings.
