At this little cottage industry factory, in operation since the 19C, you can taste manioc flour biscuits, free of preservatives and colouring, after seeing how they are produced. Its founder, Hilarion Rault, of Brittany origins, had the project of making the biscuits of his homeland using manioc, a tuberculum introduced a century earlier by Mahé de la Bourdonnais.
