This jagged limestone plateau is dotted with impressive tsingy (lapies), caves, canyons and natural pools. Difficult to reach, the Tsingy de Namoroka National Park lies to the northwest of the island, and is home to some exceptional flora and fauna, including colonies of endangered species of bird.
