This huge zoo specialises in the animals of the Nordic countries. It has some 100 animals of around 30 different species - generally they can only be spotted at feeding time due to the size of some enclosures. The seals are fed at noon, the musk oxen at 1pm, the brown bears, wolves, snow foxes and lynxes at 2pm. In the part of the zoo geared towards children, the animals can be stroked. There is also an amusement park on site.
