The Michelin Guide's review
Although Hollywood Boulevard is no longer as impressive as it was during the golden age of cinema in Los Angeles, it still has plenty to offer, especially between La Brea Avenue and Vine Street. The Walk of Fame, with over 2 000 stars bearing the names of famous actors, is a popular attraction. A few cinemas are still standing here, such as the Chinese Theater with its pagoda roof, the Egyptian Theater with its Egyptian columns, and the Art Deco Pantages Theater. If you're looking for somewhere to sit and relax, the fabulous lobby of the Roosevelt Hotel is the place to go.
