The Michelin Guide's review
Dominated by a superb central prang, this temple comprises buildings of various styles and influences. Note the pointed windows of the large wihan which were inspired by European architecture. Founded in the 12C, the temple has been restored on numerous occasions and took on its present appearance during the reign of Phra Narai in the 17C, when the ubosot was added. The Lopburi-style prang has retained some fine stucco decor on its lintel.
