Opposite the large theatre, this museum, built in 1928, displays its collections, which cover more than two millennia of art history, in an airy space. You can admire works from Antiquity, religious paintings from South America and the United States, as well as German, English and Italian painting. French (Courbet, Jules Breton et al) and Spanish art are also superbly represented.
