Park or garden
  The Michelin Guide's review
Situated close to the palace, this garden laid out in the second half of the 17C offers a striking example of the transition between the late-Renaissance Italian garden and the classic French-style garden. Playing with the effects of symmetry and perspective, the garden is bordered on its northern side by an arcaded gallery adorned with statues and in its central section is home to a Baroque octagonal rotunda (1674) decorated with mythological and allegorical paintings.
