The Michelin Guide's review
Legend has it that the (17C) Church of the Resurrection, recognisable by its twelve green onion domes, was financed by a hardware merchant from Kostroma who had found a pile of gold coins in a barrel of indigo from London. Perhaps that's why the English royal coat of arms is on the gate! Beautiful iconostasis inside.
