Waterloo Region Museum
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
This museum lends its modern structure to exhibitions devoted to the Waterloo region, from Prehistory to the present day. It is also the gateway to the Doon Heritage Village, a reconstitution of a small rural village of Waterloo in 1914. The timber framed house of Peter Martin, built c.1820, provides an insight into Mennonite family life.
