The Michelin Guide's review
Echo Point Lookout is the most visited place in the Blue Mountains. Installed at the top of a dizzyingly steep rock face, it offers a breath-taking view over the Three Sisters, a sandstone formation of three iconic needles sticking out of the cliffs. The colourful reflections of the Three Sisters change from ochre to red with the variations in sunlight over the day and the seasons. In the evening, they are illuminated until 11pm. From the lookout, a trail goes down the cliff via the 910 steps of the Giant Stairway.
