Wat Moha Leap

 Well worth the diversions
Religious monument
  The Michelin Guide's review
Today unused, it is one of only a handful of wooden wats to have escaped destruction. It was used by the Khmer Rouge as a hospital and thus avoided the sad fate of many religious buildings at the time. Inside, notice the beautiful stencilled decor on the teak pillars and the ceiling. An excursion to Wat Moha Leap also serves as a wonderful starting point for a hike through the peaceful countryside to the southeast of Kampong Cham.
