Kakadu National Park, a listed UNESCO site, offers a breathtaking view of nature. The flamboyant red of its rocky cliffs stands out against the dark green tropical vegetation and deep blue rivers and meanders. All of which to the humming and flitting of thousands of birds, butterflies and dragonflies. Watch out, however, for the crocodiles. We recommend a 4WD-excursion to get a real feel for Kakadu.
