African Craft Market of Rosebank
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
The market, built against the elegant Mall and designed as an ethnic emporium, boasts a wide range of handicrafts. The nicely decorated stands, on two levels, include all the different trends in locally produced goods ranging from Zulu necklaces and Ndebele bracelets to blown glass from Swaziland. There are also handicrafts from other parts of Africa, such as statuettes from Zimbabwe and masks and fabrics from West Africa.
