The Michelin Guide's review
This little archipelago, accessible from the port of Hvar, is made up of three islands. The largest and most developed is St Clement and its hamlet of Palmizana, extremely popular because of its restaurants, marina, flat rocks and beach. Next are Marinkovac, less visited and more unspoiled and finally, Jerolim, the closest of the Pakleni isles. In the Middle Ages, Franciscan monks produced salt here and today its coast is reserved for naturists.
