Just a stone's throw from the city, you are in another world. The easy Dragon's Back hike (8km) leads from Mount Collinson to the village of Shek O. You get to see a different side to Hong Kong Island on the way: that of green expanses and the sea. Remember to bring your swimsuit for the last leg: Shek O is home to small restaurants and beaches, some quiet and others popular with surfers (Big Wave Bay).
