Hong Kong is home to an incredible array of markets specialising in everything from orchids to fish and birds. Come to the night market to soak up its friendly atmosphere of general chaos and eat at one of the many daai paai dong (specialised in seafood) or to get your hands on an "I Love Hong-Kong" t-shirt. Enjoyable - but watch out for the professional pickpockets.
