  The Michelin Guide's review
Just a few ruins survive from this citadel, which served as a power base for just 42 years. Yet, the memory of the early history of the Dai Co Viet kingdom is still evident in the shadow of these beautiful dynastic temples built to honour its kings after the transfer of the capital to Hanoi. Restored under the Nguyen, these den are of interest as much for their soberness as for their splendour. Admire the den Dinh dedicated to Dinh Tien Hoang, and the den Le, erected in honour of Le Dai Hanh.
