The Michelin Guide's review
Hluhluwe and Imfolozi parks, now united, cover 96 000ha of bush, savannah and forest, with the Hluhluwe River flowing through the north, the White River in the south, and the Black Mfolozi River in the heart of the historical Zulu territory. This immense space is home to a high concentration of fauna, including the Big Five who roam freely here. You see more or less the same species in Hluhluwe and Imfolozi, but there's a better chance of spotting elephants in the former and rhinos in the latter.
