The Michelin Guide's review
The massive gash dug into the limestone by the Schwarza between Scheeberg and the Raxalpa ranges is called the Höllental or Vale of Hell. The unspoiled Schwarza valley is traversed by a mountain stream whose green water bubbles over pebbles and rocks. The road passes from one bank to the next, encased within a valley whose majestic rocky slopes become increasingly steep.
