The Michelin Guide's review
Located on the waterfront overlooking Halifax Harbour, this museum exhibits a variety of small craft, model ships, photographs and displays related to maritime history. Don't miss the major exhibition devoted to the Titanic and the tale of the "Halifax explosion". Outside, visitors can board Canada's oldest warship, HMCS Sackville, a World War II Flower-class corvette built in 1941, which escorted maritime convoys during the Battle of the Atlantic.
