Geneva Natural History Museum
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
This museum, which is very attractive in terms of both its substance and form, evokes various aspects of terrestrial life: animals in reconstructed natural environments, threatened species and extinct species, such as the dodo, a large bird exterminated in the 18C, and also reptiles and amphibians. Unusual temporary exhibitions, often related to our planet's current and future biodiversity and geodiversity issues, make ample use of the institution's fantastic holdings.
