The Michelin Guide's review
This Gothic hall, whose origins can be traced back to the 15C, was where Gdańsk's six bourgeois guilds met. Its name is evocative of the Knights of the Round Table with whom the rich merchants identified due to their democratic modus operandi. Today the museum is home to works of art. The pride and joy of the property lies beneath the star-studded vault of the main hall, namely a large porcelain Georg Stelzener stove covered in 520 painted tiles dating from 1545.
