The Centro Cultural Dragão do Mar is a 30 000m2 cultural complex, which encompasses an auditorium, theatre, cinema, planetarium and two museums, linked by raised passageways. The Memorial da Cultura Cearense presents theme-based exhibitions on regional culture. The Museu de Arte Contemporânea stages temporary shows of works by Ceará's leading contemporary artists, among whom Raimundo Cela, Antônio Bandeira and Leonilson.
