Hundreds of seals and sea lions lounge and bicker loudly on the rocks of the Sea Lion Caves. These natural caves, the biggest marine caves in the country, resonate with their roars. They are only accessible through an underwater passage at sea level, after having gone down a 63m/206ft lift cut into the cliff. A stop at the souvenir gift store is mandatory afterwards.
