This vibrant cultural centre gives a lively introduction to Cajun culture. Through photos, information panels, artefacts and models, the permanent exhibition reconstitutes the traditions and art of living in the Cajun world, centred on work, music, family and food. You can also watch the film The Cajun Way, Echoes of Acadania on the history of Acadia (in French), attend concerts or cookery demonstrations.
