Cap Blanc-Nez

The Michelin Guide's review
The "white-nose cape" is a vertical mass of cliffs rising 134m above the waves overlooking the Channel and the incessant shipping traffic. It commands a sweeping view of the English cliffs and the French coast from Calais to Cap Gris-Nez. The coast offers no end of signposted - and often very windswept - walking paths. The GR is one of the most beautiful, stretching from Cap Blanc-Nez to Cap Gris-Nez. It runs between dunes, beaches, heathland and cliffs, commanding grandiose views.
